Information for Advisees
Signing up for an Appointment:
To make an appointment, use my e-calendar.
The calendar lists available times during the advising weeks.
Note that you cannot sign up for the same-day appointment, so make sure to plan ahead.
Study-Abroad Students:
Please email me your proposed class schedule. I will review it,
discuss with you possible problems, and then email you the pin.
It would be helpful if you also emailed me the list of classes you
are taking abroad, together with their Duke equivalents.
Allow a few days for the exchange of emails,
so write to me as soon as you can.
Please note that advising via email is limited to study-abroad students only
(Pratt School policy has changed).
Where to Find Me:
My office is located on the 1st floor of CIEMAS, Rm 1151. The easiest way to find me is to enter the building through
the leftmost entrance (the one closest to the Research Dr.),
go through the door on your right and straight down the hall.
My office will be the second one on your right.
